I used to drink Nilavembu decoction (known as Kashayam in Tamil) prepared from Nilavembu herbal powder. In 2018, dengue fever was prevalent across several residential areas in my neighborhood in Chennai. As a preventive measure, I began drinking Nilavembu Kashayam regularly. Despite many people around me suffering severely from dengue, I successfully avoided contracting dengue fever and Chikungunya. This excellent drink truly left me wonderstruck because of its enormous health benefits. For me, it proved to be the best preventive method to avoid severe fevers altogether.
